• Vehicle registrations for events are subject to approval at our discretion.

• Membership access, early drops, and event invites may be limited and non-transferable.

3. Event Participation

By attending a SUNDAYZZ event, you agree that:

• You participate at your own risk.

• You are responsible for your vehicle, actions, and conduct.

• You will follow all event rules, venue requirements, and local laws.

• Reckless driving, unsafe behavior, or misconduct will result in removal from the event and potential bans from future participation.

SUNDAYZZ reserves the right to remove any participant or vehicle at any time.

4. Vehicle Standards

• Vehicles submitted for curated events must meet SUNDAYZZ standards.

• We prioritize exotics, supercars, and select builds aligned with our brand.

• Approval decisions are final and based on overall fit, not just vehicle type.

5. Payments & Refunds

• All purchases (event tickets, merchandise, etc.) are final unless stated otherwise.

• Event tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where an event is canceled by SUNDAYZZ.

• If an event is postponed, tickets may be honored for a future date.

6. Merchandise

• All merchandise is subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

• Any defects must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

7. Media & Content Release

By attending events or engaging with SUNDAYZZ, you consent to:

• Photography and video recording

• Use of your image, vehicle, and likeness in marketing, social media, and promotional materials

No compensation will be provided for such use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the SUNDAYZZ website—including logos, branding, images, and text—is owned by SUNDAYZZ and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. Code of Conduct

SUNDAYZZ is built on respect and community. You agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

• Promote unsafe driving or illegal activity

• Misrepresent yourself or your vehicle

Violations may result in removal from events and permanent bans.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

SUNDAYZZ is not liable for any:

• Personal injury

• Vehicle damage

• Loss of property

• Indirect or incidental damages

arising from participation in events or use of our platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in SUNDAYZZ activities constitutes acceptance of any changes.
